About Residential Treatment at Pawnee Nation Behavioral Health
Pawnee Nation Behavioral Health’s Adult Residential Treatment Program provides a structured, supportive environment for individuals ready to begin or deepen their recovery from substance use disorders. This high-intensity, 24-hour program is clinically managed and designed to help guests stabilize, build life skills, and transition toward the next level of care.
Most stays last around 28 days.
Through daily clinical programming, individual and group therapy, and peer support, guests work to gain a better understanding of their substance use, explore healthy coping strategies, and develop a strong foundation for long-term recovery. The program also addresses co-occurring mental health needs and focuses on helping individuals return to productive daily life with renewed purpose and support.
What to Expect
A Safe, Structured Environment
Guests reside in a 24-hour facility where safety, routine, and recovery are top priorities. Each day follows a consistent schedule designed to promote stability and progress.
Comprehensive Clinical Care
Treatment includes a psychiatric evaluation, medication management if needed, and a personalized care plan tailored to each guest’s unique history and goals.
Individual and Group Therapy
Guests participate in both one-on-one counseling and therapeutic group sessions, covering topics such as relapse prevention, emotional regulation, self-awareness, and relationship skills.
Daily Recovery-Oriented Activities
Activities focus on building healthy routines, developing prosocial behaviors, and reinforcing personal responsibility—helping guests prepare for life after treatment.
Peer and Case Management Support
Recovery doesn’t happen alone. Guests benefit from peer support services and case management to help connect them to resources, support systems, and aftercare planning.
Whole-Person Approach
With a focus on the bio-psycho-social-spiritual model of care, the program helps guests reflect on the deeper causes of addiction and build a stronger, more resilient path forward.
