Voicing A Complaint

Anyone with concerns about the quality of care, treatment, services, potential rights violations, suspected abuse or neglect, misappropriation of property, or unsafe or unsanitary conditions at Pawnee Nation Behavioral Health, is encouraged to speak up. Individuals have the right to file a complaint without fear of retaliation.

Pawnee Nation Behavioral Health maintains a strict non-retaliation policy. Retaliation, punishment, or any form of negative treatment against someone who makes a complaint—whether anonymously or not—is strictly prohibited.

Anonymous Hotline Reporting

Pawnee Nation Behavioral Health has partnered with an independent third-party provider to offer a confidential reporting hotline for serious or sensitive concerns. Reports can be made anonymously.
